Children and Youth Ministries

Vist the RMPC Kids blog to see the weekly lessons being taught at all levels of our ministry, resources for parenting and discipling your children at home, and to interact with other parents at RMPC.

Our children’s ministries are designed to minister to each child so that they might develop a personal, growing relationship with Christ, so that they become passionate for God, the gospel, and the world.

We believe that adult relationships with our children, along with Biblical teaching, are central to the process.. Our hope is to assist parents in the spiritual development of their children.

Nursery

Our nursery provides a fun, safe place for children ages 0-3 to be cared for on Sunday morning. Kids can be dropped off in the nursery, which is in the basement level of the church.  The nursery is open during the services, and also during the Adult Sunday School time.

Junior Church

Junior Church occurs during the sermon portion of the service. During this time, children ages 3-6 may leave the main service for age-appropriate teaching. There they sing songs, pray, and have a short and age-appropriate “sermon”.  This is focused on helping our children understand our worship and get used to our order of service.
Ages: 3-6 years old
Time: During the sermon portion of the worship service

Rocky Mountain Kids Club

On Sundays during the school year, from 5:30 – 7:30pm we have a program for children from preschool through 5th grade. This time includes music, Bible lessons, crafts, games and other activities meant to disciple children in the faith. During this time there are adult community groups meeting in the area.

For more information on Kids Club, please contact Breanna Flager.

For information about community groups contact Sharon Touryan.

Junior & Senior High Youth

RMPC’s young people are attempting to grow more in the gospel of Christ through building relationships with one another and learning more of what it means to be a follower of Christ at school, in the home, and in the church. We have parents and adults involved with teaching and mentoring our junior high and senior high students.
  • Youth Bible Studies are held on Sunday nights at 5:30pm at the church.
  • Boys and girls meet separately.
